The National Congress Palace is the best venue for events among cultural facilities according to the results of the Russian Business Travel & MICE Award.
We have everything you need for a great celebration: Konstantinovsky Park with beautiful fountains – where you can organize a photo shoot, a pavilion on Petrovsky Island for ceremonial registration, the Baltic Star Hotel and the Consular Village cottage complex for accommodating guests, a pier on the Gulf of Finland and a helipad.

THE BLUE HALL

The largest hall of the National Congress Palace (area 350 m², ceiling height 8.8 m), occupying the entire space of the mezzanine floor of the eastern wing of the Konstantinovsky Palace.

The spectacular feature is the alternation of large windows and mirrors commensurate with them. Due to this combination the airiness and lightness of the room is achieved.

The windows of the hall offer a view of the Lower Park and the Gulf of Finland. A luxury place for a festive event for up to 250 guests.

The second largest hall of the Konstantinovsky Palace (area 320 m², ceiling height 8.0 m).

The three-dimensional solution and excellent acoustics make it an ideal venue for organizing and holding conferences, seminars, and performances by artists.

Please note that the rules for using the hall prohibit holding events related to banquets.

Maximum seating – 250 guests.

Organizing events in the Konstantinovsky Palace imposes a number of security-related restrictions, since this is a Government residence, but all this is fully compensated by the amazing possibilities of the site and the impressions that you and your guests will receive from the event.
